Company Policies
All information provided is used lawfully according to Data Protection Act, no information will be released or passed on to any second party and will be kept within the company.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are normally made within 3 working days but please allow up to 10 working days. When demand on a product is greater than we can supply and no stock is available, we will advise you within 4 working days of placing your order. Orders will be delivered by our couriers between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless the item is coming direct from our suppliers. If a timed or Saturday delivery is required this can be arranged but extra cost will be charged. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund this cost should our couriers not meet the deadline as requested. We do not despatch goods outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses (Eire excluded). All orders placed online (via the Internet) are paid by credit or debit card. Prices and carriage charges quoted online only apply to internet sales.
Delivery Charges
Prices shown include delivery HOWEVER delivery costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides and Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges, dependent on the size and weight of your order. If you would like to find out more information or get a delivery price to any outer UK mainland destinations, contact us and we shall provide you with a quotation.
Receiving Goods
Upon receipt of goods please ensure to thoroughly check the packaging for any visible damage, in such a case if slight damage is noticable and you believe the goods are OK, it is your choice to sign damaged and report to us immediately, or simply reject the goods completely if the damage is unacceptable. In any case if any damage has gone unoticed at the time of delivery, we will need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
Faulty Goods
If your order should develop a fault within 28 days of receipt our general practice is to exchange or refund the item provided it is in as-new condition. The product will be inspected to determine its condition. However this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, in these cases there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
It is unlikely that you will receive a damaged delivery but you must contact us immediately. In the event please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us immediately by telephone on 01202 680998 with your order details and with an explanation of the problem. (See returns)
JR Systems Ltd will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warrantys
All products sold are brand new and come with standard manufacturers warranty, almost all products come with at least 1 year warranty with some up to 3 years, unless stated otherwise.
If you want to return a product that you may find was not what you were looking for or not suitable to your needs we are happy to provide a full refund excluding delivery costs if returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the goods must be in its original packaging with all accessories complete, and most importantly un-opened.
Returns
Most items are guaranteed for a full 12 months in accordance to manufacturers standard warranty for normal domestic use.
JR Systems will not be expected to guarantee against misuse (i.e. drinks spilt inside, heavy falls, blowing speakers etc.) or excessive wear and tear (i.e. commercial use). Please note any repairs carried out by anyone other than by ourselves or authorised agents the guarantee will not apply.
This guarantee is naturally in addition to your statutory rights. We ask to report any faults to us before making contact with manufacturers. Should your ordered item arrive damaged or is faulty within 28 days, we will exchange it for a replacement or issue you with a full refund or credit for the cost of the item, subject to the product being returned to us complete with all packing and accessories.
