Delivery Policy

Deliveries are normally made within 3 working days but please allow up to 10 working days.

When demand on a product is greater than we can supply and no stock is available, we will advise you within 1 working days of placing your order.

Orders will be delivered by our couriers between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday unless the item is coming direct from our suppliers.

If a timed or Saturday delivery is required this can be arranged but extra cost will be charged.

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund this cost should our couriers not meet the deadline as requested.

All orders placed online (via the Internet) are paid by credit or debit card. Prices and carriage charges quoted online only apply to internet sales.

Delivery Charges

Most UK shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on size and weight, some products have a fixed cost due to volumetric sizes.

For large quantity orders, we can provide separate quotations / orders providing customers have created an online account.

International Shipping

We can despatch goods to any destination providing all security measures have been met.

We do not hold any responsibility for any customs or duties charges you may incur upon receiving goods into your country.

We highly reccomend that our customers contact there local customs office to find out further information regarding charges you may incur.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges to outside of the UK are calcuted separately.  Again, these charges are calculated depending on size, weight and destination.
