In addition to this, the information below is here to help our customers that are not so familiar with using the internet & with using the JR Systems Website, helping to address any issues with navigation and functions throughout. Navigating the JR Systems website

To shop with ease, you can simply use the navigation bars and links that are found to the left, top and bottom of each page. Hover the mouse cursor over the left navigation bars, to highlight any category, and the related brands and model numbers (sub-categories) will pop up. Highlight any sub-category of your choice then click, and you will be directed directly to that area of the site.

To the right side of the page you will find 4 search drop down tools to help refine your search, you can do this by simply clicking on the drop down arrows to the right hand side of the fields, then clicking the "SEARCH" button. This helps refine your search to searching by brand, type of product, and your projected budget.

Create An Account

For regular shoppers of JR Systems you can now create your own account, your details will be saved for future returning visits to the site, picking up from previous items viewed or purchased from your last visit, however keep in mind your card details cannot be saved for security purposes.

Also you can select or not whether to receive regular updates of the latest technologies of interest, with the latest reviews and gossip, and up and coming events and exhibitions.

You can create your account by clicking on the "account login" at the top of the page.

Payment Security

Every transaction made on the JR Systems Website are 128-bit SSL encrypted for your security.

JR Systems uses the HSBC Secure ePayments online payment system, this is to ensure all payments are made securely, and to verify the credit/debit card information that is supplied.

Now you can buy with confidence as all your payment information will be completely safe!

Placing An Order

Placing an order at jrsystems is very straight forward, fast and secure. Five steps of order process as follows-

1 - "Add to Cart" click the Add to Cart to add the product your viewing to your basket, note - that any recommended accessories you have ticked will also be added to the cart.

2 - "Your basket" When an item is added to the cart, you cart will be displayed, allowing you to either save as a quote, edit contents (delete or duplicate), or continue browsing. Or if you have finished shopping, you can progress with the checkout button.

3 - "Customer Login" Here is where you either create your account, or login (existing customer), with an email address and password of your discretion. Please note, the email address you provide we shall keep as your main point of contact and stored onto our database.

4 - "Customer Details" Next step is your details, this is the information that is kept on our records as the customers address and details, note the account holder will only be able to place an order providing they are the card holder. For existing customers, you may be able to edit these details and save for future purchases.

5 - "Make Payment" Here is where the site shall re-direct to HSBC Secure e-payments online shopping system, any billing and delivery details will be passed forward to save a repeat of entering, please note, unless the delivery is of association with the customer or billing address, it may be flagged for a review and we shall reserve the right to refuse delivery.

Availability of Goods

Please note that the products availability status can differ from each other, below you can find brief definitions of the quoted status of a product.

In Stock - Product is guaranteed to be in stock, stock rotation is always closely monitored for meeting the demand of highly sought after products.

Stock Item - Product is classified as either stock we carry or stock carried by suppliers, however this is not always guaranteed so please confirm before purchasing.

Available to Order - Product is available to order, usually direct from suppliers on next day delivery service, however stock is not guaranteed so please make allowances.

Coming Soon - Product is new and will be available for Pre-order when stated, for expected dates feel free to call.

Available for Pre-order - Product is available to reserve, goods will be shipped once arrived in stock and payment has been accepted.

Payment

All prices are in £ (pound) sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made by most UK major credit/debit card via a HSBC secure (SSL) server. Payment may also be made over the phone, using a Credit / Debit card.

All communication including e-mail sent by us on receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.

All credit/debit card orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the for any reason payment is refused or unauthorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All orders are delivered to the card holders address only.

Credit card Indentity theft

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY CREDIT CARD FRAUDULENT ATTEMPTS.

We withhold the rights to reject any transactions or orders been made, any third party delivery address requests must be approved via management and under certain terms & conditions.

ANY SUSPECTED FRAUDULANT ATTEMPTS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY.
